Santanu Das

Born in India, Santanu Das currently lives in USA. He is a Senior Database Administrator, and has over twenty years experience in Information Technology. He has delivered his services to many corporate clients in different sectors, i.e., Siemens, IBM, Sabre, American Airlines, Diamler Chrysler, GM, State Farm, Phoenix Companies, KPMG, EDS, Administrative Office of US Courts etc., and received many special recognition awards for his service of excellence. At present he works for HP Enterprise Services.

On the personal side, Santanu Das has a keen interest in event management and community volunteer services. He has hosted and organized in the US a number of large scale cultural events to promote South Asian art forms and culture. He has received several awards for his unique volunteer services and contributions to the community. He is a founding member and a Director of South Asian Performing Arts Foundation(SAPAF) and is a director of Center for Orissa Performing Arts for Americans(COPAA), and SAMPARC.

Santanu is a designer in his spare time, and has rendered his services as graphics designer, website designer, photographer to various non-profit organzations. His work in the field of design were also well appreciated and recognized by various organizations and individuals.
